Lyle Morris

Lyle personally oversees day-to-day operations to ensure every homeowner’s vision is brought to life. Originally from Rome, GA, he discovered Raleigh while conducting roof inspections, fell in love with the area, and moved here with his wife, Alexa. His guiding principle is to treat every customer like family—with honesty, respect, and genuine care. That philosophy shapes every project at ERS Construction, where Lyle leads a dedicated team devoted to these core values.

Dylan Ebert

Dylan first discovered his passion for construction as a teenager, spending summers power washing and staining decks before moving on to residential remodeling and renovations. He relocated to Raleigh in 2014 to attend NC State and quickly put down roots in the community. Drawn by ERS’s family-focused values, Dylan believes every homeowner deserves the same respect and care you’d show your own grandparents. He looks forward to helping you transform your house into the home you’ve always imagined.
